We also support outside vendor software applications that have contracted with us to provide Help Desk and Implementation Support via our IT and Cyber Labs. Our Team

At Iron Flame we pride ourselves on having a business relationship with all of the major software vendors so that we can provide their customers with professional support. We attract, develop and cultivate our talent and use our University style training curriculum to ensure the talent we deploy or use to support your engagement is knowledgeable in the foundations of the IT disciplines required to resolve issues and optimize business performance.

Help Desk Support

Our staff provides three (3) methods of providing assistance with client software/applications and their respective functionality. We have technical teams that are a telephone call away from supporting password changes to application code reviews. Our team is available between the hours of 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday. We also have emergency staff available for any issues that may arise outside of normal business hours.

Iron Flame is a HUBZone and SDVOSB firm that has access to multiple contract vehicles that allows you to procure one of our many solutions.

DevSecOps

Iron Flame uses its lessons learned, project experience, and highly trained staff to develop proven methodologies and frameworks to support the engineering and design of all developed application code throughout their life-cycle. Our best practices are comprised of the latest techniques leveraged to support the development software engineering, upgrades to ICE data architectures, data management strategies, requirements analysis, creating innovative solutions in the form of conducting alternative analysis and feasibility studies, and making sure all developed technical solutions have detailed operational plans.
