Currently seeking a ClearCube Technology Lab Support Engineer with two (2) or more years of experience working in a ClearCube Technology or similar environments to work in Baltimore, MD.
The Technician will provide support for our clients running a mixture of ClearCube Technology based products and solutions and provide lab support for development, testing and training for various platform configurations.
Responsibilities
The Lab Support Engineer will provide support for installation, operation and maintaining of complex Artificial Inteligence and analytics platforms within a technical systems environment used for testing and training for various clients.
Responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to, management of ClearCube Technology based platforms, solutions and infrastructure in a rapidly changing environment. Troubleshoot, preventative/corrective maintenance, installs, upgrades and maintain various systems and associated platforms.
The Lab Support Engineer will support customers in a lab environment and will provide lab support for equipment used for testing and training. Setting configurations, equipment interfaces and data extraction requirements. Conduct, analyze and coordinate testing, report any findings and/or discrepancies. Solve hardware and software interface problems, define input and output parameters, and ensure integration of systems
REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma with 3 years relevant work experience or; an Associates Degree with 1 years relevant work experience.
In depth experience with managing related platforms and solutions.
Working technical knowledge of current protocols, and standards
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Three (3) years of technical experience in a real world setting at a complex site with RDT&E
Working Knowledge of Artificial Inteligence and analytics platforms and/or solutions
Working technical knowledge of networking and PC systems, including Windows and Redhat Linux.
Work with help desk ticketing system for problem tracking and resolution
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues in a complex environment
Provide support to user community by responding to requests for technical assistance
